*Most people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more present than when they arrived.
The workshop is hosted in a private home to keep the group small, contained, and intentional. This is not a party, a gym class, or a therapy session. It’s a structured experience for people who want to feel more grounded, confident, and connected in their bodies — without having to talk about it for an hour.
This is a partner-based workshop is designed to be attended as a pair — all relation dynamics welcomed. You’re encouraged to bring someone you already feel comfortable learning with. Partner changes will be guided, and always optional. While limited solo registrations are available, the experience is best shared with a partner of your choosing.
